The research conducted by our consumer brand, Hasata, has once again highlighted the strong position of legumes in Turkish cuisine. According to the study, which surveyed over 500 female consumers, chickpeas, lentils, and beans remain essential staples on dining tables. The findings reveal that consumers prioritize taste, nutritional value, and cooking performance, while Hasata’s innovative solutions continue to attract significant interest.
